On Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 January 2022, the 6 companies selected for the second season of Fast Forward Agrifood began their acceleration with meetings with partners and experts.
This 6-month acceleration phase follows a pre-acceleration phase in November and December 2021. During this phase, a panoramic diagnosis was carried out in order to determine the strategic objectives of each company and thus build an acceleration programme that meets their needs.
Launched on 2 September and ending on 18 October 2021, the call for applications attracted some 60 expressions of interest. On 9 November, the selection committee selected the winners on the basis of the quality of the pitches and applications submitted.

Crémeries-Unies : Ice cream (Food industry)
Datafarm Energy : Low carbon data centre solution powered by agricultural biogas (Renewable energies)
Dataswati : Digital twin dedicated to the performance and decarbonisation of the food industry (Artificial intelligence)
La Pâtisserie Numérique : 3D printing of edible structures (Food industry)
