An engineer by training, he held positions as an R&D engineer and consultant in strategy and innovation management before becoming CEO of Normandy BioTech, a biotechnology company dedicated to veterinary cell therapies.

Florence DELOBEL founded Vitamines Conseil, a strategy, marketing and business development consultancy, in 2011. She has previously held the positions of Marketing and Sales Director (Novandie-Andros), Deputy Managing Director (Nutriset) and facilitator (APM: international network of managers).

Jean-Pierre GADONNA est directeur de la Valorisation de la Recherche chez UniLaSalle depuis 2018, après avoir été Directeur Développement des Etudes et des Prestations et Directeur de Département des Sciences et Techniques Agro-Industrielles au sein de l’école d’ingénieurs. Docteur en Génie des Procédés industriels (Génie alimentaire), il a également enseigné au sein de l’Ecole de Biologie industrielle.

Franck GOUIX has been managing the PAM (Normandie Seafood) group since 1999, specialising in seafood products (fish trading, processing and distribution). He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and marketing and is also elected to the CCI Ouest Normandie.

After having been in charge of the innovation and international development mission, Ophélie LANOS has been Innovation Project Manager within the Agrial Group since 2016; she participates in the group’s innovation approach by carrying out prospective monitoring missions, setting up collaborations with start-ups and developing innovation projects.

Manager at KPMG, Gabin Maugard advises start-ups at the start of their innovative activity and assists companies (SMEs, ETIs) in their financial strategy and development projects. A graduate of Sciences Po and the University Panthéon-Sorbonne, he has a complete vision of business management, combining accounting, legal and strategic expertise.

As part of the program, he carries out panoramic diagnostics of companies, contributes to the definition of acceleration objectives and advises managers on issues of financial structuring and global development strategy.

Sylvain MAUSSION has fifteen years of experience in managerial functions as Director of Commercial Operations and leader of a franchise network. He accompanies the Managers of VSE-SMEs and business creators in the development of marketing actions resolutely turned towards the customer.

As part of the programme, he provides coaching on Marketing Strategy and Business Development section.

Romain NOYON

Project Manager, Entrepreneur and Investor

Romain Noyon is a graduate in Economics and Corporate Finance and is a Project Manager, Entrepreneur and Investor at Banyan Tree. He began his career at Areva in controlling before joining the transport and logistics group Noyon as Sales Director, then Managing Director. He was also Director of NCI, a publisher of custom WMS & TMS software.

Biotechnology Consultant and Professional Coach

Hélène PETRICH-MURRAY has a PhD in biochemistry and microbiology and has worked for 30 years in the food industry (Lyven, Saint Louis Sucre group then Soufflet group) as R&D and Quality Control Manager, Production Manager, Technical Director then Industrial and Site Manager.

She shares her expertise with the companies in the programme on issues combining research and development, logistics, production processes and quality control.

Hélène is also a professional coach (training at the Coaching Academy).

Christophe RIOU

Executive Coach

Christophe RIOU is a coach for executives and managers. After holding various positions as industrial director, he founded his coaching firm in 2011. As a “Catalyst of potential”, he has developed a method allowing managers to develop their own solutions to reach their objectives.

He uses his experience in the management of industrial projects as well as his expertise in consulting and change management for the companies in the program.
