After spending ten years at TOTAL, in France and abroad, on marketing, business development and strategy assignments, Yves GRUENAIS founded his consulting company in 2012. He assists local, regional, national and international companies in launching new projects (new offer, new market) or in improving their performance (marketing & sales plan, training & coaching of sales staff).

As part of the programme, he takes part in collective sessions and in individual formats on Marketing Strategy and Commercial Development.

Nicolas LENOËL


Management consultant for Normandy’s small and medium-sized businesses for 15 years and teacher at the University of Caen, Nicolas LENOEL founded Révélata in 2017. The consulting company assists VSE-SMEs in decision-making and sets up management charts adapted to each company.

As part of the programme, he provides coaching on management dashboards and performance indicators.

Manager at KPMG, Gabin Maugard advises start-ups at the start of their innovative activity and assists companies (SMEs, ETIs) in their financial strategy and development projects. A graduate of Sciences Po and the University Panthéon-Sorbonne, he has a complete vision of business management, combining accounting, legal and strategic expertise.

As part of the program, he carries out panoramic diagnostics of companies, contributes to the definition of acceleration objectives and advises managers on issues of financial structuring and global development strategy.

Sylvain MAUSSION has fifteen years of experience in managerial functions as Director of Commercial Operations and leader of a franchise network. He accompanies the Managers of VSE-SMEs and business creators in the development of marketing actions resolutely turned towards the customer.

As part of the programme, he provides coaching on Marketing Strategy and Business Development section.

Romain NOYON

Manager de Projets - Entrepreneur – Investisseur

Romain Noyon is a graduate in Economics and Corporate Finance and is a Project Manager, Entrepreneur and Investor at Banyan Tree. He began his career at Areva in controlling before joining the transport and logistics group Noyon as Sales Director, then Managing Director. He was also Director of NCI, a publisher of custom WMS & TMS software.

Executive Director

Franck Murray is a graduate engineer from Ecole Centrale Paris, holds a PhD in physics and an MBA from ESSEC.

After various experiences in materials analysis and optical discs within Philips and startups, he held the position of Director of Technological Innovation at NXP. In 2009, Franck Murray founded IPDiA S.A., of which he is President until 2016, when the company joins the MURATA group. Since April 2017, he has been the Executive Director.

Biotechnology Consultant and Professional Coach

Hélène PETRICH-MURRAY has a PhD in biochemistry and microbiology and has worked for 30 years in the food industry (Lyven, Saint Louis Sucre group then Soufflet group) as R&D and Quality Control Manager, Production Manager, Technical Director then Industrial and Site Manager.

She shares her expertise with the companies in the programme on issues combining research and development, logistics, production processes and quality control.

Hélène is also a professional coach (training at the Coaching Academy).

Christophe RIOU

Executive Coach

Christophe RIOU is a coach for executives and managers. After holding various positions as industrial director, he founded his coaching firm in 2011. As a “Catalyst of potential”, he has developed a method allowing managers to develop their own solutions to reach their objectives.

He uses his experience in the management of industrial projects as well as his expertise in consulting and change management for the companies in the program.
